Explanation of Our Processes

Below you will find a full explanation of our process to provide complete clarity from start to finish. We are proud of the fact that we provide World Class Customer Service with each and every Client that we work with. We ensure that our processes are complete and robust enough that we deliver the required results each and every time whilst ensuring that the Health, Safety and Well Being of our Clients, the Public and our Employees is protected at all times.

Step 1: Request A Quotation:

It is really simple to Request a Quotation from us and we have numerous way that this can be done. The Simplest Way is to fill in our Quotation Form that is linked at the top of every page. Once this is sent to us, one of our Project Managers will personally contact you to confirm the request and discuss the project in more detail with you. We will try and get as much information as possible at this time so that it makes the next steps easier for everyone involved. Once this is completed, we can then move onto the Survey and Quotation Stage.

Step 2: Survey and Quotation

Once we have the necessary details from you we can move immediately to the Survey and Quotation Stage, Initially we will perform a Remote Survey of the Area you are wanting the project to be completed. We are required to do this so that we can Assess the Area and Understand Key Information about the location and surrounding Areas. We have listed some of the necessary Pre-Survey Checks below so that you can understand what we are looking for. As Part of this we will also need to understand the ownership of any buildings or land within the immediate vicinity so that we can get a complete picture and understand what Safety Briefings or Permissions are going to be Required.

Once these checks have been completed we will be in a position to provide you with a Quotation for the project. The only times this won't be possible is if the project is complex and it requires a Site Survey prior to Quotation, in which case we will arrange with you a convenient Date and Time.

Step 3: Delivery of Services

Once all the Survey Checks have been completed and the Quotation has been accepted we will prepare to Deliver your services. We will arrange for any additional personnel if required as part of the flight project and provide you with a Full Risk Assessment Highlighting our Survey findings. We will always arrive at your project location a minimum of 1 hour prior to the agreed start time of your project and dependant on the type of project, On Site Pre-flight Requirements, Set up and Safety Briefings required this may be even longer before the start and we will communicate this in advance.

Once all of our Pre-Flight Safety Checks are completed we will perform the requested works in accordance with your specific requirements wherever possible. On occasion these may take longer than initially stated due to unavoidable environmental factors such as changing weather Conditions, Wildlife Factors such as Birds or a public breach of the flight area. Safety of the Public, our Client and our Team Members is our top priority.

Once the project has been completed we will confirm that the images and video we have obtained are suitable for you prior to leaving the site. Following completion of the recordings we will provide any agreed post production materials and Full Quality Footage within 3 working days under normal circumstances.
